Agency-grade digital work for charities that can’t afford an agency.
We give local charities the same strategy, design and build our paying clients get, at no cost. Our first project was for a youth charity on our own doorstep in Islington.
Why we run it
Small charities do vital work with websites that hold them back. We have the skills to fix that, so we do.
Local first
We start with organisations in the communities where our team lives and works.
No cut-down version
Same research, design process and build standards as a paid NetTrackers project.
Theirs to keep
A site the charity owns outright, with a handover so staff and volunteers can keep it current.
Prospex: a website as bold as the young people it serves
Prospex is an award-winning Islington youth charity that has supported young people aged 8–21 since 2001. Visit prospex.org.uk ↗
90 hours. One month. Zero cost.
For our first charity project, the NetTrackers team gave Prospex three hours every day for a full month, completely free. Prospex is based in N7, the same neighbourhood as our London office, so this was a chance to give back on our own doorstep.
Seven programmes — youth hubs, skills, holidays, studio, counselling, outreach and residentials — were competing for space on one site that didn't show the breadth of the work.
Help young people find a session fast, and give donors, volunteers and trustees a clear way in.
Three hours a day, every day, for a month. We benchmarked the sector, explored creative routes, then specified every section before a line of code was written.
How we used the month
Week 1 — Research
We reviewed 24 UK youth charity websites to see what works for young people, parents and donors.
Week 2 — Creative
We developed four distinct design directions so Prospex could choose a voice that felt like theirs.
Week 3 — Specification
We planned the full homepage from header to footer and wrote a shot list of around 45 photos.
Week 4 — Build and handover
We moved the site off Wix onto a bespoke build the charity owns, and handed it over.

UK-registered charities and CICs, with a focus on young people and local communities.
Will we own our website?
Yes. We build on open platforms, and the site, content and logins belong to you.
How long does a project take?
Our first project ran for one month, with the team working on it three hours a day. Timelines depend on scope.
